Elope in Savannah, Ga Whitefield Sq

Planning to elope in Savannah? I bet you have a story why you chose this gorgeous city!  Here is Justin & Ashley’s’: Who would have thought that a church volleyball team would lead to a wedding here in Savannah, Ga?  I love to hear how my couple met and  Justin and Ashley shared with me that their church in Tampa was made primarily up of singles so when Ashley first arrived – Justin was immediately attracted to her and wanted to make sure that no one else got to her first!  Justin made Ashley and I smile when he said that he thought she was really easy to talk to and that and her beauty was what drew him to her.  Plus she was great at volley ball and he just couldn’t go wrong.  During photos in Whitefield sq, I showed the couple some shots I took and Ashley remarked that “Justin sure is a looker”.  I had a blast with this small wedding, especially Ashley’s nephew !  I kept “taking” his smile away but he would run up to me with a big grin to make sure I knew that he still had it!  Chris, Justin’s brother and I joked we were going to do a good calendar with nothing but Chris on every month.  I am counting the days until he calls!

But seriously, if I were to give advice to anyone thinking of an elope to Savannah – I would recommend weddings with Cyndy and Rudy  with Gazebo Weddings of Savannah  who arranged everything. They give the couple a nice gift and genuinely care about the couple.  Kato Weddings did the beautiful flowers, Angie Kato happens to be a friend of mine and I love seeing her talent!

After the ceremony and family photos, we took a photo at the Pink House   -one of my favorite places to eat in Savannah.  Tampa isn’t too far from Savannah – I hope they won’t be strangers!
